Little by Mel – Returns & Refund Policy
At Little by Mel, we want you to love every item you purchase for your little one. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.
Returns
We accept returns within 4 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused, unworn, and in the original packaging
- The item must be in the same condition you received it
- Proof of purchase or order confirmation is required
For hygiene reasons, certain baby products such as feeding items, teething products, and personal care items may not be eligible for return once opened.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Opened feeding products
- Used baby accessories
- Clearance or sale items
- Gift cards
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
- Your order number
- Photos of the item and packaging
We will arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you if the refund is approved.
If approved:
- Refunds will be processed back to your original payment method
- Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account
Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect
- We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items without tracking
Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item for a different product, please contact us and we will assist you with the process.
